Who Can Join?
Anyone who is in school year 6 and above can become a member. There are no qualifying standards, exams or tests. Our only condition is that having joined, you train regularly and compete for the Club. Our aim is to help people enjoy track and field athletics, cross country and road racing through healthy competition.
How to Join
The easiest way to join is to come down to a training session on either a Tuesday or Thursday evening and come into the club hut. Sessions start at 6:30 but it is best if you are a bit early as there is a short form to fill in on your first session. The first trial session is free and a trial period of 4 weeks inclusive of the first session is then charged at £3 per session. After this, athletes must decide if they wish to continue training or not. Further information on membership fees are available from the club hut on training nights.
We are always looking for more volunteers, for more information please see our volunteering page.
